Office-based & mobile anesthesia · Kansas City
Hospital-grade anesthesia, brought to your chair.
Aero Office Anesthesia delivers safe, comfortable sedation and general anesthesia right in your dental or medical office — sparing patients the cost and disruption of a hospital or surgery center. Trusted across the Kansas City metro since 2007.
The office-based advantage
Why bring anesthesia to the office?
For decades, sedation meant sending patients to a hospital or surgery center — and paying for it. Aero changes that, keeping care where your patients are most comfortable.
No facility fees
Performing procedures in your office cuts or eliminates the thousands of dollars hospitals and surgery centers charge in facility fees — real savings passed to your patients.
Comfort & convenience
Patients stay in a familiar office with a team they know, easy parking, and a same-day experience — arriving 30 minutes before and often home within an hour.
Hospital-grade safety
Continuous monitoring of EKG, blood pressure, oxygen, end-tidal CO₂, and temperature — with one anesthesia professional focused solely on your patient, start to recovery.
No cost to your practice
We bring the expertise, medications, and equipment. Anesthesia services are provided at no cost to your office — so you can offer sedation without the overhead.
What we cover
One anesthesia partner, a remarkably broad range of procedures
We tailor the anesthetic — MAC (IV sedation), regional, or general — to each patient and procedure, based on physical condition, medications, and the type of surgery. Far beyond dentistry, Aero supports office procedures across many specialties.
Dental & pediatric
An anesthesia professional calls the evening before to review history and answer questions — and again after the procedure to check on recovery.
Office medical & surgical specialties
Not sure whether a procedure can be done in your office? Call us — we'll help you find out, and can provide the necessary anesthesia equipment if needed.

Care led by the person whose name is on the door
Aero is led personally by its founder. Rita Poce is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a master's degree and an MBA, and brings extensive anesthesia experience across diverse military and civilian settings.
A retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, she served with a combat support hospital and led specialized forward surgical support teams before building Aero into one of the Kansas City area's most established office-based anesthesia practices — founded in 2007. Aero's providers are ACLS- and PALS-certified, licensed in Kansas and Missouri, and certified by the Council for Certification of Nurse Anesthetists of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
When you book Aero, the professional accountable for your patient's care is the same person who built this practice.
